This Privacy Policy describes how Pro Truck Services ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use protruckservice.com or contact us about truck repair services. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our quote or contact forms we collect the information you enter: name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about, and your message. Calling or emailing us provides whatever information you choose to share.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as phone-number clicks and form submissions). See "Analytics and cookies" below.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and perform repair services;
- To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email;
- To understand how our website is used and improve it;
- To keep records of service inquiries and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that operate the website on our behalf:
- Resend (email delivery) — form submissions are delivered to our business email through Resend's service;
- Vercel (website hosting);
- Google Analytics (usage analytics, as described below);
and where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by using your browser's cookie controls, or by enabling blocking features in your browser. The site works fine with analytics cookies blocked.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you; delete personal information we hold (subject to legal exceptions, such as records we must keep); correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

We will verify your request using the information associated with your inquiry (such as the phone number or email you used) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we will require proof of authorization.
Categories of personal information collected, per the CCPA: identifiers (name, phone, email); commercial information (the service you inquired about); internet activity (analytics data described above). We retain inquiry records as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
Children
Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with restrictive security headers, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect to what a repair inquiry actually needs.
